Decanter is tinged with Saffredi blue

On the occasion of Saffredi’s thirtieth anniversary, at the end of last year Elisabetta Geppetti organized a large vertical at the Ten Trinity Square Private Club in London, presenting 19 vintages of this myth of enology, from 1992 to 2017.
The event was also attended by Joanna Simon, writer, author, presenter of wines based in London and the first to judge at the DWWA (Decanter World Wine Awards).
On February 11, 2020, Simon’s article was published in Decanter magazine: “The changing face of Le Pupille’s Saffredi”, giving the world of wine a complete review of the 19 vintages of the famous Super Tuscan, presented in London. The result is amazing, in fact, each vintage has achieved excellent scores, reconfirming the quality of the red symbol of Fattoria Le Pupille also for the 2017 vintage which wins a Tasting Score of 95.
