14 hectares situated 280 meters above sea level. The soil, on a south-east position, is predominantly sandy rich of stones and sandstones. The density varies between 4,500 and 6,500 plants depending on the vineyard. The varieties are Sangiovese and Merlot, respectively planted in 1970 and 1997.
