Piemme is the result of a research‑driven project and a true winemaking challenge: creating a great white wine in a region renowned for its reds. Made exclusively from Petit Manseng, it comes from a 1,5 hectare vineyard rooted in uniquely distinctive soils rich in gypsum and clay minerals. In this privileged microclimate, intense light and the constant influence of the sea shape the wine’s singular and expressive identity. Its limited production makes Piemme one of the estate’s rarest labels.
Vinification takes place in 500 L tonneaux, where the wine continues its evolution for a further 16 months, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle maturation.
