The jewel wine
Le Pupille carries its identity in its name: a wine born from a dual origin. Two are the special vineyards of the estate where its grapes grow, two are the vinification methods chosen to shape its blend, and above all, it is the first wine created through the shared work of Elisabetta and her daughter Clara.
The grapes from the two vineyards, hand‑destemmed with a small percentage of whole clusters, are vinified separately in open 500 L tonneaux and handcrafted terracotta jars. The wine then ages for 15 months in 300 L French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 18 months of bottle maturation.
